How long is an item/service listed?
Your item/service can be listed 60 or 90 days.

Yes. You can extend the expiry date of your item/service for 30, 60 or 90 more
days.

What is, "Trade/Sell as one item"?
Selling or trading one or multiple quantities of the same item/service in one
transaction. For example, if you have 10 pins and selected the "Sell/Trade as
one item" option, when someone buys or trades for your item, you are agreeing
to sell/trade all 10 pins in one transaction

What is, "Trade/Sell Individually"?
Selling or trading multiple quantities of the same item/service in separate
transactions. In this case, the quantity of the item/service has to be at least
2 or more. For example, if you have 10 pins and select the "Sell/Trade
Individually" option, when someone buys or trades for your item, you are
agreeing to sell/trade only 1 of the 10 pins in one transaction.

How does trading work?
When you have found something you like, you may initiate a trade offer (Item
offer or Item + Cash Offer) with any of the items you have posted. The
person receiving your trade offer will review your item and decide whether the
trade will be completed. When the reviewing party agrees on the trade, the
transaction will be finalized.

Can I make multiple trade offers from my item
or service?
Yes. You can initiate as many trade offers as you want using one of your
items/services. Also, you can recieve multiple trade offers from other members
of trashbank on one of your items/services.

What happens to the other multiple offers when
my item gets traded or sold?
When your item/service gets approved to trade or sell, all other active offers
associated with your item will become Inactive.

How long can a trade offer last?
Your trade offer and trade offer from others will last for 60 days.

How do I accept trade a offer from others?

Can I sell my item/service at trashbank?
Yes. Selling your item/service is an optional feature at trashbank. There are 2
ways you can sell your item/service at trashbank. (1)BuyNow: Supply the price
of the item/service in the BuyNow field on the
Post Your item/service page. (2)CashOffer: Accept cash offer initiated
by other members of trashbank. When someone uses the BuyNow option to buy your
item/service or when you accept the cash offer initiated by other members of
trashbank, you are legally obligated to sell the item/service to the buyer at
the price you accepted.

How can I buy an item/service?
Buying item/service is an optional feature at trashbank. There are 2 ways you
can buy an item/service at trashbank. (1)BuyNow: You can buy an item or service
when you see  in the detail section of the
item/service. (2)CashOffer: You can offer cash on the item/service you're
interested in. When you use the BuyNow option to buy an item/service or when
the seller accepts your cash offer, you are legally obligated to buy the item
or service from the seller at the price you offered.

What is, “Ask seller a question or Negotiate”?
In the detail section of the item/service, you can ask the seller a question
about the item/service you are interested in or discuss and negociate the
trade/cash offer you've made for the item/service. You can also view the
messages sent between trader/buyer/seller in the
My Account/Question & Answer section.

What happens if I don’t pay the seller?
Keep in mind that you are legally obligated to pay the seller at the price you
accepted. If you don't pay the seller, you may get a payment request from
trashbank and you may receive a Non-Paying Buyer Rating from the seller. This
will limit your trading/buying/selling power and your account at trashbank
might be suspended. You are not entitled to a refund of your Final Value Fee or
transaction fee.

What should I do if the buyer doesn’t pay me?
If buyer doesn't pay, try to contact the buyer via email to determine the
status of your payment. If the buyer doesn't respond your email, you can file a
complaint with trashbank from the
contact us page. Keep in mind that trashbank is only a venue and is not
responsible for handling goods and services or payment for goods and services.
You can also apply a Non-Paying Buyer Rating to the buyer to limit his/her
trading/buying/selling power at trashbank.

An item/service can be traded or sold individually or as a group.

What should I do after the transaction is
completed?
After the transaction is completed, trashbank will send you an email regarding
your transaction. It then becomes the responsibility of both parties to
complete the transaction by arranging the payment and the shipping.

Who pays for shipping?
Shipping details are usually displayed in the item/service detail section.
Unless the trader/seller specifies who will pay for shipping, the buyer or
trade requester will pay for shipping.

How can I rate a trader/buyer/seller?
You can only post feedback and a rating when the transaction is completed.
There are 4 sections on which you can provide feedback and ratings on a trader,
buyer or seller. Apporoved Trade Offer, Apporoved Cash Offer, Item Bought, Item
Sold. You are limited to posting only one feedback/rating per transaction.
